GSPI and Abridge Build Development Bridge to India

Global Pharmaceutical Services Inc (GSPI), a Kalamazoo, MI-based provider of research and development support, has entered into a partnership with Abridge Clinical Research, a research and development company located in Mumbai, India.

The partnership, which essentially creates a clinical development bridge to India, offers end-to-end services to customers, including CRO selection for a specific clinical program, monitoring of clinical studies, auditing, quality assurance, design and conduct of Phase I-IV studies, in-country sponsor representation, medical writing, and regulatory support.

"CROs from the USA can benefit from this relationship due to fast recruitment, good quality, and cost effectiveness," said Dr. Emran Khan, Director of Abridge. "We are delighted to be working with GPSI in the offering of these services."

GPSI will be the point of contact for U.S. businesses who are interested in conducting clinical studies in India.
